about

Hangout Music launches on the 14th of December 2015 a new release from Eusebia (formerly known as Hidden Life), on The Grey Division.
"Conscious Shift" EP consists of 4 tracks and will be available on a limited number of 50 cassettes, as well as digital.
The release is constructed around the idea of "becoming more consciously aware of things and maybe coming to a greater understanding about something within oneself (mentally, spiritually speaking) and having a greater perception of the world around us."-Eusebeia.
This inner glimpse is brought to the level of a spiritual ceremony served through the power sound.

1. Smoke From The Fire

The first track sets the mood of the EP by giving the feeling of a spiritual journey. Its mystical sound prepares you for a ceremonial performance on a halfstep beat. Announces change but the shamanic elements are there to guide you through the celebration of new beginnings.

2. The temple

The second track comes as a perfect sequel to Smoke From The Fire. The Temple creates a comfortable environment to continue the concept of rite. Playful drums are guidance to an event meant to honor the shift of your conscience.

3. Proof

It's a progressive, powerful tune that captures the energy of the EP. This track has a sense of intrigue and underlying excitement within, due to its drone-like sound. The drums, bass and vocal collide into a homogeneous track, giving consistency and personality for which it stands out.

4. No more apathetic you (the transformation)

This track is more like an imperative necessity to welcome transformation and it perfectly concludes the whole idea of the release. The positive vibes come as an invitation to becoming more motivated and enthused as the artist reveals its dislike towards apathy.
